You can limit your agent to work only on explicitly permitted domains. There are a various reasons why you may want to do this, for example:
- To monetise the agent and limit access to it by installing on a website behind a paywall
- To prevent someone from “borrowing” your agent and installing it on their website
How to limit agent to authorized domains
To allow your agent installation only to specific domains, follow the steps:
- Open Chatwith dashboard and select your agent.
- Navigate to Settings → White Label section.
- Enter allowed domains in the input field and click “Save”.
Leave this field empty if you want to allow the agent on any domain.
